There is no Plugins tab

  • I am logging in to WP Admin, V 5.4.1. I want to install a plugin, but there is no Plugins tab; only a Plugins Wizard tab that does not show Installed Plugins or Add New. Clicking the Plugins Wizard tab shows an Installation Wizard and says ‘Demo data import wizard will guide you through the process of demo content import and recommended plugins installation.’ Do I have to run the Demo data import wizard? And more importantly, why don’t I have a Plugins tab with Add New?
