There is no Pinterest Rich Pin

We can see that Pinterest says that are reviewing it. We can see that Yoast is outputting the right verification tag for Pinterest. We are not sure why the rich pins are not working. We would like some more information.

1. Does clearing your caching from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like CloudFlare or browser resolve the issue? If you are not sure how to clear caching from theme/plugin please speak to those authors. If you want to clear cache from the server, please speak to your host provider. To clear the cache from a browser use this guide: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/.

2. If caching fails to work, we suggest contacting Pinterest for more information as Yoast is outputting the verification tag correctly. You can contact them here https://help.pinterest.com/en.

I couldnt solve the problem, because it is Pinterest’s problem.
There is something wrong with Pinterest and i dont think that it is an urgent issue for Pinterest. I have contacted with them after i have witnessed this problem and it was April when i am contacted.

Since then, they are telling that they know the problem and they are working on it, but still rich pins doesnt work.

Yes you are right it is Pinterest’s problem. But I can see your website has rich pins anymore and I just wanted to know if you were doing somethings different for this.

From Pinterest:

“Due to the technical issue at our end, the Rich information isn’t appearing on the pins even though the website is enabled. There are many other users who are also affected.

Right now we do not have an exact timeline for the fix-sorry about the same but please be assured that my team is already working on fixing the issue as soon as possible. We will keep you posted, as soon as there is an update.”

They say they have solved the problem.

This problem is still not resolved for me. It is ongoing 6 months as far as I can tell and still no sign of my validated rich pins showing up.

Please let me know if anyone else can confirm a fix
