I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with payment methods not being displayed on checkout!
Can you please clarify which payment gateways are currently active? I see you’re using the Checkout Block, so I’d just like to rule out any incompatibilities happening here. You can read more about the Checkout Block and incompatible payment gateways here:

If you temporarily enable a default payment option, like Cash on Delivery, does this show up as expected on the checkout page?
