There is no noindex the pages home page

I’m not sure I understand your question. Are you asking for an option to NOINDEX the homepage of your site or are you asking for an option to NOINDEX paginated pages?

Home blog is at the bottom of a pagination – 2 and subsequent pages do not have a noindex tag SHOULD be like in the category. It works in Yost but not all in seo pack

We can add support for setting NOINDEX for paginated homepages where the homepage is a blog but I don’t see a good use case for this. Why would you not want Google indexing all the posts in your blog? Why would you only want them to index the first page of your blog and not pages 2, 3, 4, etc?

Home index – its sub-pages (which act like categories) have also noindex

As I’ve stated previously we do not have an option for this and we have no reason to support it because setting NOINDEX for paginated homepage is a bad idea.
