Please enter Instagram feed > settings and make sure that you are authenticated.

If you are creating a hashtag feed, please make sure to logion to your Facebook account from Instagram feed > settings section to authenticate and then please do that as I show in my screencast, exactly the same steps https://www.loom.com/share/6164c1351df24c4db9eb6a9a04a27a96

If that won’t work for you, please send me a similar screencast so I could understand what you are doing wrong.

So i’m seeing that I’m being forced to upgrade (aka pay) for the plugin in order to add a feed. Am I correct in that there no longer exists a free version of 10Web for WordPress?

You can create a feed with the free version too, there are some features that are limited in the free version but anyway creating feeds is open for the free version.

Can you please write why do you think that it is not possible to create feeds with the free version?

Hi, i cant seem to get the plugin to work either.. feed has stopped showing on my site. I have reset the token and saved but still not working, just getting a thereis no media in this feed showing up. How do i ‘make sure i am authenticated’ ?

Please try to create the feed again and publish the new feed’s shortcode into a page/post.

Dear friend, please enter Instagram feed > settings > advanced and uninstall the plugin.
Now please go WordPress plugins section and delete it.
Now please install the latest version.
Go to settings and authenticate.
Create a new feed.
Publish the new feed and check again.

If the issue persists, please let me know.
