There is no fade effect

I’ve been looking up and down for a fade effect in a testimonial/quote system and it says on this page there is a fade effect. So, I installed it and there is no option for that for free. I went to their website and can’t find any language at all that writes about the upgraded features. Their own website is broken with links that don’t go to advanced features list. Gee thanks. If you don’t offer fade effect, then remove the writing about it on this page or if you do, then please add the information on your own darn site. Thanks.
