Please disable all the plugins and the theme in preview mode with Freesoul Deactivate Plugins. It’s only a preview, on the frontend all will be like all plugins and the theme are active.

– Install Freesoul Deactivate Plugins
– Go to Freesoul Deactivate Plugins — Backend
– Go to the row “All Pages” and disable all the plugins and the theme, but Specific Content For Mobile
– Check the preview
– If it works, one of the plugins or the theme is having a conflict with SCFM. If so, activate the theme and then a plugin after the other until you don’t find which one is giving the conflict.

@trishland in your case you have only Post Duplicator, but maybe it’s the theme, so I would try the same as shown in the video.

If you still have the problem with all plugins disabled and the theme disabled, we will investigate deeper.

If you find out it’s the theme or a plugin, let me know which one.
