There is no "Add Contact Form" button for new pages

  • Hello there

    I’d like to add a new page and make it a contact form. Exactly as described in https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

    But I see no “Add Contact Form” button there.

    What am I missing here? I am using the latest WP version without any widgets installed.

    My intention is to develop a new WP plugin that comes with additional input fields which could be useful for any contact forms.
