• Hello Support,

    I use for my Website Themify Builder, now my Website looks like not good. I deactivate Themify Builder, now I can log in, when I have themify builder active, it says critical error.

    I use wordpress 5.9 but there is no update, if I delete the builder, I think my all pages will go away?

    I have the exact same problem, although I use an older WP version.

    It seems that Themify was recently updated from 5.3.6 to 5.3.7 and my site automatically applied the update for me.

    This morning I could not log in as admin, so I took a look in the server log files and saw it was due to Themify Builder. I then disabled all plugins via the database, logged in successfully, and activated all plugins except for Themify. Logged out and back in again successfully.

    Doing this, however, does indeed break the pages that were created with Themify Builder.

    I then tried updating WordPress to 5.9 but still have the same issues.

    The solution would seem to suggest that reverting back to 5.3.6 would solve this, but I can’t seem to find that version anywhere… could anyone please be so kind as to make it available for download?

    Maybe Delete Themify builder and use another pagebuilder man this takes too long Don’t wanna wait.

    Omg what is going on man I used this plugin and now Everything is gone wtf

    That’s also a major hassle as you will have to basically re-design your whole website!

    What’s REALLY weird is that backups don’t solve this problem. I tried rolling back my site to 3 days ago (well before the Themify plugin was updated) but I still got the “critical error” message.

    Having the same exact issue. Completely random. I would love to know if anyone has gotten any updates from Themify Builder itself. Is there a way to contact them directly?

    UPDATE: Tweeted to Themify, they gave me a form to fill out. Filled it out, and someone got back to me! Going to be pursuing it Monday with developers. If you want to fill out the same form, the URL is below. If more than a few of us are showing the same problem, maybe they will see something more…

    My whole business is down, f*** this I redesign my Website and never use this again, or they fix it, man This Can’t Be if this is a Legit plugin.
