There is a lot of limitation in PRO

  • What I can say is that the custom color for each of team member does not work and it does not have the custom look for the team description Other than the 3 column or 4 column layout. maybe the developer can look into this. Other than that I’m quite satisfy but its a waste to buy the pro edition since the customs does not work

    p/s : to solve the color border problem, you need to specify the top border size. And yes I would still appreciate it if the developer could add several options on how to display the text other than just a default center.

    The customisation of the color WORKS and it has been tested many times before we released the plugin. Before rating this plugin 2 stars you should have asked for help in the support forum, where we usually answer you within 12 hours.

    You are probably experiencing a plugin/theme conflict, you should try switching to the default WordPress to see if it changes anything.

    Now, the PRO version does works and adds a lot of new design options, just like it is told on our website. I’m sorry you had a bad experience of using our plugin, next time I’ll be happy to answer all your questions on the forum before you leave a review like this one.

    it seems that I’ve solve the problem. What you need to do is set the top border size to 5px or more.

    The top border size defaults to 0. Perhaps it was on 0px and that would have been why there were no border. Anyway I’m glad you solved the issue, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience here and hope you’ll enjoy using our plugin.

    No worries and as promise I’ve change my rating. I appreciate it if the plugin could customize the display layout. But don’t get me wrong, the current display of 3 and 4 in a row is good. But if we (the user) could customize on how it can be display and have an individual page for each of the member when we click read more where the photo can be larger and clearer.

    We have modified the PRO version and set the default border size to 3px (thanks to you), so our users won’t get confused. Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

    This does not apply to the Free version.
