There is a glitch in the form.

I duplicated a submission form I created in the past and tried to create an improved form, but the display was corrupted as shown in the image.

All tabs are displayed vertically and Saving and updating seems to be unresponsive.

If you know the cause/solution, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

    Looks like you have an error in the Javascript execution on your page.
    Can you inspect your console and report any errors
