I used the woocommerce‘s shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] to set up the account page. But after posting, click any option on the left menu bar on the account page to display:

“This page doesn’t seem to exist.

It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?”

I have tried clearing the browser cache and it still fails. Please help.

Hi @chichi01 – thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like you managed to add the WooCommerce account shortcode to a WordPress page, but did you also tell WooCommerce that’s the page you used? To check, go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, and check if the My account page setting shows the page where you your shortcode lives.

You can read more about how to configure WooCommerce Pages in our documentation. It also described and automated for how to re-install pages or fix missing pages.

If you’ve tried the above and are certain it’s all correct, then there is one other thing you can try; re-saving your site’s permalinks. To do that, go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks, scroll to the bottom of that page, and click Save twice. All it does it flush and rewrite the permalink rules, which helps in certain situations to fix similar issues.

Let us know how it turns out!

    Perfect!

I tried all the suggestions you mentioned, and finally it was re-install pages that did the trick. Now my account page works fine.

    Thank you so much!
