    Hi,

    want to use your plugin, but receive following error message in the admin screen:

    There has been a critical error on your website. This crashed my complete website and it needs to delete the plugin directory by ftp. Then all is fine against.

    Following message I have in the debug log:

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: REMOTE_ADDR in /………./wp-content/plugins/wpresidence-core/admin/redux-framework/inc/class.redux_helpers.php on line 69

    I use the WpResidence theme: https://themeforest.net/item/wp-residence-real-estate-wordpress-theme/7896392

    You can help with that? I can′t find any solution to fix that! ??

    So we didn’t build wpresidence-core. ?? They may be using an older version of Redux!

    I’d disable the wpresidence-core plugin, enable Redux, and then re-eneable wpresidence-core. It should start working then.

    I have disabled the plugin wpresidence-core and then actvated your plugin. But receive the same critical error message. ??

    In the documentation of the wpresidence theme I read that they use the redux framework for the theme options.

    Do you have an idea what I can do now to use your plugin? ??

    This should be resolved in Redux 4.1.21. Please do let me know if you still are seeing this issue.
