Hello, I got this error on one of my pages, the rest of the site looks fine. It says it’s from the OG plugin and disabling it did solve the problem. My site was set to auto-update and it’s using the OG Version 2.7.7 on WordPress 5.4.1. Can you check if something is wrong with the recent update? I have noticed that version 2.7.7 was released 11 hours ago.

    Here’s the error message:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings in /var/www/example.com/html/wp-content/plugins/og/vendor/iworks/opengraph.php:178

There has been a critical error on your website.

I remove the stack trace as it reveals some important information on my site.

Could you upgrade into 2.7.8 and re-check?

    hi @niroc

Which problem? l() function is not used in 2.7.9
    Array to string?

    Could you paste error log?

    Marcin

    > Ok, please re-test with 2.7.9

Yes, I’ve tested on several sites on pages with\without featured image and with\without images inside post — it’s OK!

Thank you for fast action, Marcin!

    My mistakes, my actions ??

    Marcin

    Hello Marcin,
I think I experienced the exact same issue, even with 2.7.9.
Some old posts were not loading, and others perfectly well. In the source of the page, it was loading until your code, and leaving a blank page. (And it matches the pages with an image but no featured image, because very old post).
Disabling the plugin solves the issue.
Can you help? Can I help you help me? ??
    Many thanks
