    My invoices have stopped working. When trying to open one, we get the error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    I have gone through the steps recommended but am not getting it to work.

    Could you please check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs in the fatal-errors log file and paste here?

    The woocommerce-pdf-invoices is not our plugin.

    Sorry– I deactivated your plugin and temp installed a new one so that I could use it. I’ve reset it now but I’m still getting the same error report.

    The error must be different, if it’s not, is still related to the other plugin.
