To help us understand the critical error you’re experiencing, could you please enable WP_DEBUG, trigger the error again, and then share the debug.log file with us? This will allow our developer to see the actual error message and find a solution for you.

Hi this is complex for me. I have edit the file and tried but cannot find the debug file.

Can i reach you privately and share login details to you and you come and access it yourself?
