    Hello there,

    The website installs in VSphere & Ubuntu Linux. In the migration stage, we are using the All in One Migration plugin to do. Then, it stucks in the 23% for an hour. After refreshing the website, the critical error message popup and I cannot access the WordPress backend. Before migration, all the plugin is activated.

    Can anyone help us solve the problem?

  • I get errors similar to that if the All-in-One WordPress Migration plug-in isn’t updated to it’s newest version. Other than that reason, I don’t see error messages. Good luck.

    If that happens, usually it’s best to rename the whole plugin folder to something like “pluginsX”, then they are all deactivated, rename it back, activate ALL in one plugins and restart the migration or import.

    Typically, this issue arises from a plugin/theme incompatibility with the new hosting/server. You can check the email for the exact error or review the server error logs to identify the culprit.
