Thanks for sharing the error log, it seems like the error is coming from a third party theme_support_facto plugin (An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 18 of the file /home/armourtech/public_html/wp-content/plugins/theme_support_facto/theme_support.php).

Try to deactivate theme_support_facto plugin and see if it resolves the issue.

If it doesn’t work then could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Here is what I found, if I clear cache this is what I get see screenshots

If I purchase again and go to cart it again shows error and the screen is half the size. https://enginearmourtech.com/screenfiles/mobilesize.jpg

New findings, I did a deep clean on history, cache and everything is the same issue, but after I cleared the cache the error or screen shows normal as it should, I noticed that it gives me that issue when I am Logged into WordPress admin? so maybe I need to find the right plugin that clears the cache after purchase has been completed.

So recap, the issue only happens when I am logged in, I am sure that it would be the same issue for anyone that may have an account and is logged in.

I deleted the wordpress and reinstalled it and then imported my backup, after everything looks fine and the site appears to be stable and all ready then going through and then plug in “WooCommerce Bambora” and the Woocommewrce SHipping & Tax and I get an error on my screen, I have reinstalled WOrdpress 4 times and imported my backup and as soon as I activate WooCommerce Bambora and Shipping bang my entire screen changes after to a shopping cart that cannot be used, desperately need help.

I understand how important it is to get your site up and running as it should, without any issues.

If I understand correctly, the error appears when activating WooCommerce Bambora, and WooCommerce Shipping and Tax, yes?

For clarity, does this only occur when BOTH those plugins are activated simultaneously, or when either one is activated? Also, does this occur with ONLY WooCommerce and either/or both of these plugins active on your site and other plugins deactivated?

If you are not yet sure, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test as it is possible that either of these plugins are conflicting with another plugin on your site or your current theme.

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins?except for WooCommerce?and WooCommerce Bambora, and check. If the issue is still not present, you can then activate WooCommerce Shipping and Tax, and check again.

If the issue is still not present at this point, you can go ahead and re-enable your theme, and then the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

Let us know what you find!

Still having issues, and setup a staging site but as soon as I add the Payment settings in the woocommerce setup and I need to use Woocommerce Bambora this is when the issue happens and my cart shows up the page size for a mobile on my PC screen and half the info on the page is hidden outside the lightbox, once this happens no matter what I do and deactivate plug in the same issue continue.

I have succeeded on the https://www.enginearmourtech.com for the Cart page to display as it should other then “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” but that is because I have not added a WooCommerce Bambora yet because I know once I complete that process the error and screen size issue will happen again, I know I must have done like 8 intalls in the last few days

Since the issue appears only when activating and setting up the WooCommerce Bambora extension, please contact us directly at WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support.

You will need to log in with the account used to purchase the extension before you can access that page. Also, include a link to this forum thread, so that they can keep track of what’s already been done.

There is no ticket after you send a support request, I purchased a subscription sent them like 5 support request so far and never got a response back from anyone.

I pinned down the issue, after multiple installs and restored backup, I get the problem happens when going to the?View Cart after I?activate TAX?(tax set to manual when setting up)?I get the Critical error and half size of page and if I remove the checkmark?of (Enable tax rates and calculations)?the screen comes back to normal without error.

This is quite strange as you should have received a ticket number after you submitted a support request from this link. Can you please check your Spam or Junk folder if it was there?

To be clear, when you enabled and disabled this setting, what plugins are enabled?

This is a built-in function of WooCommerce and should not have cause any conflicts or issues with your site. For us to check this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, try to enable and disable this option once more and see if the issue still persists?

Otherwise, we are going back to performing the full conflict test to verify if your theme or another third-party plugin is causing the issue here.
