Hi, I have Download Monitor installed and activated, but I am getting a critical error when the plugin is activated on some webpages.

The page looks fine, but the error appears when I click on “Edit Page” on the WordPress toolbar.

Here is the error message: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

When I deactivate the plugin, I do not receive the error, so I do believe the Download Monitor plugin is causing the issue.

    thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @nonemauro and sorry for this late reply.

Sadly I can’t get to the page you posted, says that the browser can’t reach it. Are there any other errors or messages regarding this issue or just the critical error part? Tried the same, to edit the page by clicking the “Edit page” link from the admin bar, but everything seems right.
Could you be kind and give more info about your installation, like the following:
    – WP version
    – Download Monitor version
    – Active theme
    – Active plugins
    – PHP version

    Best Regards!

Hi @raldea89 I have the plugin support team looking into the error for me. They said that the error is related to a bug with Gutenberg, and an update will be published soon with a fix.

I hope the update will solve the issue.

    Thanks for your response.
