Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Critical errors will return a debug.log line, can you please enable the debug mode following this guide https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/

Enable the plugin back, the same issue is going to happen, but this time go to WordPress folder > wp-content and find the debug.log file, download it, upload to Google drive and share the link.
