Hi, I’m using the template builder and everything is fine with the shop page, single page and cart, but when trying to edit with elementor the checkout page shows the white wordpress screen “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator’s email inbox for instructions.”

I am using astra and elementor in its latest version.

In the email that WordPress sends:

An error of type E_ERROR has occurred on line 46 of the file

  • Hi @danielbmxd

Hope you are doing well. The Fatal Error is unexpected since we haven’t faced any. First of all, Can you please deactivate other plugins except for the ShopEngine, WooCommerce, and Elementor and check if that solves the issue? If that solves the issue, activate plugins one by one and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the issue.

If that doesn’t help, then please provide us with the system information of your site so that we can check everything and let you know and update.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards

Hello, all my plugins and wordpress are updated and I still have no modifications in the child theme. It seems that it is a problem with the predesigned template that shopengine brings, taking the blank model and adding blocks works fine, but weird css code is added for example:
    wpadminbar nojq

    Hey @danielbmxd ,

Thanks for the update. But in our development environment we need to reproduce the issue you have faced during the use of the predesigned template. On our end the template is working fine. Also we need to investigate the unwanted CSS issue as well.

So, please send us your system info and we will try to reproduce it on our end. Otherwise, if possible please contact our support center from plugin’s details page and we will have a closer look to your issue from your website’s wordpress dashboard and will find out the actual issue.

Waiting for your valuable response and we are always here to help you.

    Regards,
    Benjir
