    Hello,

    I’ve entered my FedEx Key information and I’m seeing the message below on my cart and checkout page. Has anyone seen this message before? Is there a way to fix this? I did a search here with this term but didn’t find anything.

    There don‘t seem to be available shipping methods. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    Please turn on debug mode from plugin settings page. The debug data will help you figure out exact issue.

    The FedEx API throwing the error ‘Authentication Failed’.
    This error only appears when the FedEx credentials are not correct. Kindly check it and contact FedEx.

    hola alguien puede ayudarme, la opcion de metodo de envio funciona bien al finalizar la compra en localhost pero en hosting me aparece “No hay métodos de envío disponibles. Por favor revisa de nuevo tu dirección, o ponte en contacto con nosotros si necesitas cualquier ayuda”
