    Hi GSpeech Support –
    I installed your plugin on a new site and it was working great. When we launched the site by updating the DNS, the plugin no longer works. Anytime you highlight text and then press the Play button, it pops up with this message:
    “There are some problems sending request. Please contact administrator.”

    Please let me know next steps to fix this issue.

    Hi,

    After you change your website domain, it should be updated on GSpeech Dashboard as well.
    You can do it yourself on Online Dashboard, or anytime contact us, and we will fix it for you.

    I’ve fixed that for you, it is working fine!
