    When I try to use the shortcode nothing shows up.

    When i try to moderate i get the message:
    There are not media for user

    I have premium. Can you help?

    Hello, I have sent several messages through the support page but i have not received a response yet.

    Another issue i have is that i accidentally purchased two. I only need one. Can you give a refund for the second one? Order #7127
