    Dear Support,

    I have successfully connected the UPS account with the plugin. All the required settings are provided but still getting the below address.

    There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

    I tried two different addresses to check, all the dimensions and weight are entered.

    latest wordpress and woocommerce version are used with PHP 7.4 on linux server.

    thank you for contacting us. Have you added the UPS shipping method in your shipping zone? That’s a common issue with this plugin. You can find more information about it in our docs: https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/126-ups-shipping-method

    Dear Team,

    Thanks for the response. The above-mentioned issue was related to configuration. I was not selecting the Negotiated Rats checkbox under the settings.

    When I selected that check box, it worked.
