    I am in the testing phase of the “Woocommerce Amazon Pay” (WAP) plugin, I am in sandbox mode.

    Everything seems to be configured correctly. I have an error when completing the order. It gives the error “There are no shipping methods available …”

    This error only occurs with the WAP (woocommerce Amazon Pay) plugin. I have been working with the page for 2 years without problems. This problem only occurs with this plugin.

    If I deactivate it, in the rest of the payment methods it loads them correctly (Redsys, Paypal, Paypal express). I have tried to disable all plugins except Woocommerce and WPA.

    I have tried to change the theme to Storefront … All changes do not take effect. I think it must be some configuration or incompatibility of the plugin itself, but I cannot solve the problem.

    How odd! To confirm what you’re saying here – when your other payment gateways are active, shipping works as expected.
    When you enable the Amazon Pay payment gateway, without changing other settings, you receive a message saying “There are no shipping methods available” – is that correct?

    Do you mean that you are unable to change to the Storefront theme, or you have done so and the same problem exists? It sounds like you’ve done some troubleshooting here for a conflict – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    I have exactly the same issue. I tried everything but it did not work at all. I have two shops using each different theme but after the latest update to 4.1.0, both did not work with Amazon Pay. Everything else is working normally. I contacted Amazon Pay but they said it is not their fault. Can anybody help me?

    Do you mean that before the last WooCommerce core plugin update, this all worked as expected?

    To confirm – when using another payment gateway, the shipping methods show but when using Amazon Pay you see the There are no shipping methods available message?

    Has conflict testing helped out at all here?

    We recently discovered it was something to do with Amazon Pay Japan, who advised us it wasn’t their fault but later they admitted so. Once we installed Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin as Amazon asked, it solved.

    Hi there,

    It appears the issue is typically a result of a theme editing the checkout fields or a shipping plugin not compatible with Amazon Pay.

    If you’re having similar issues, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty or [Storefront](https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Amazon Pay to see if this resolves the issue. Here is a link that better outlines that process:

    If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    I have the same problem with an italian woocommerce/amazon.

    The problem is how the provincia address field is written in Amazon (.it). Woocommerce only correctly recognize the abbreviation one, for example you can write Perugia province in Amazon shipping address (not recognized in woocoommerce) or you can write PG in amazon (recognized in woocommerce). Amazon do not force the right spelling.

    You can try with in this site where I configured different shipping cost for differents italian regions.
