There are no shipping methods available (Pro version)

Hi,

I’ve purchased and installed the Pro version. Table Rate Pro is the only enabled shipping method. I have just one shipping type called “Standard Shipping”

I have created the following zone:-

Shipping Zone Name = United Kingdom
Zone Type = Country
Values = United Kingdom (UK)

Inside this zone I have the following rule:-

Shipping Type = Standard Shipping
Class = No Class Set
Condition = Item Count
Min Value = 4
Max Value = 6
Base Amt = 4
Per Item = 1
Per kg = 0

When I add 1 item to my basket then view the cart, I was expecting to see a shipping rate of ￡4.00 (because there is 1 item) but instead I see:-

There are no shipping methods available. Please check your address or contact us if you need any help.

If I click on the Calculate Shipping link below this message, I can see that the country is set to United Kingdom (UK) so I don’t understand why this is not working for me.
