    I get “There are no shipping methods available.” when I select United States. But all other countries work fine. Any idea?

    Hey,

    Karlis from Printful here.

    Are you sure that the US address you are trying is correct? You can verify the address using this tool.

    Couple of other things to try:
    1) Try a different address in US;
    2) Try to delete WordPress transient cache or wait for 10mins for the cache to clear by itself;
    3) Disable any plugins that might interfere with WooCommerce shipping in any way.

    If none of that helps, the issue is more likely to come from your settings in Printful or your integrations between Printful and WooCommerce. Please contact Printful support and they will assist you in fixing this.

    Thanks Karlis for qucik reply. I have tried 2) and it must have been cache issue. It works fine now. Thanks again

    Hey, I have the same issue with my website.

    Whenever United States (US) is selected at the checkout page, the message “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help” appears. But all the other countries work perfectly fine with many shipping options available.

    I have tried deleting wordpress transient cache by going to Woocommerce>Status>Tools>clear transients; however this did not work.

    I have also tried deactivating certain plugins, but this also did not work.

    Would appreciate any help I could get?
