    My client recently contacted me to report that after adding an item to cart, both cart page and checkout pages show message “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”.

    I tracked this down to your plugin (which we have had no issues with before this), which if your plugin is turned off the shipping methods show up fine again. Can you help with this?

    I just seen a support post by someone else in here about same issue, and you directed them to your ticket system. I am creating a ticket now, but suggest posting the resolution here so it can help others :). Thanks.

    support ticket is recieved and we have solved the issue.
    new version is also in wordpress repository now version 1.3.1
