    i’m using the DHL basic plugin, but it’s not working on my site.

    This is the DHL RESPONSE:

  • Hi @olaeh,

    There’s no error in the response, but the rates are not being returned. If you are using the live API credentials please set the plugin API to live mode and also choose the Account rates in the rate request type, it should work fine.

    Hi @olaeh,

    looks like you’re using the Test credentials in the plugin settings for the APi Credentials site ID and password, and most of the time the test credentials do not return rates, you’ll have to request DHL Express Sales representative to provide the live credentials for the API.

    Once you’ve entered the live credentials use the Rates request type as account rates and also use enable production key in the plugin settings.
