    Hello,

    after the last update I realize that Weight Based Shipping has disappeared from the Checkout and I got this message:

    “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    I’ve imported the legacy settings, but no shipping methods appear at the Checkout.

    Could you help me please ?

    Hello,

    The no-shipping-methods message means there are no rules matching an order.

    Do you see the imported rules after settings page refresh?
    Are you sure the shipping method is not disabled with the checkbox at the top of the settings page?

    If both yes, please
    — make a screenshot of your rules,
    — let me what order you are testing: total weight, subtotal, destination.

    Hello,

    thank you for your answer. Yes, I had verified all of that and I’ve just realized minutes ago that once checked the checkbox for weight value (doesn’t matter if it is 0) all rules have started to work. The mainly thing is that it has to be checked.

    In the previous version, to uncheck that checkbox was unrelevant, but seems that it doesn’t on this new one.

    Could you clarify what checkbox you talking about? That’s really important if I missed something in the update. A screenshot would be great.

    Yes, if order weight is zero the checkbox must be checked in order for a rule to be activated.
