    Ok so in that case there may be an issue with your origin address in your settings. Can you confirm you have the exact same suburb / postcode combination.

    If that doesn’t work you may like to share us your site details to our contact form and we can take a look at your settings.

    Delivery address – have tried multiple different suburbs/postcodes including validation

    Your Captcha is very difficult to read and the form clears everything if it is incorrect.
    have had to retype everything 3 times now.

    Closing out this support query. End result was Curl not enabled on the server. This was a dependency no longer required in the plugin so we have released an update which eliminates that dependency.
