There are no services available for the period you selected

  • Hello!

    Firstly, sorry if this has already been addressed. I found multiple threads with the same error message, but I haven’t been able to solve my problem.

    I can’t get past the following error message: There are no services available for the period you selected.

    I’ve tried resetting the calender and adding prices, but still no luck.

    What I need is to be able to rent out a place to hold parties, which can be rented by the half-hour.

    Can someone please give me a hand? I’m going crazy trying to get this thing to work!

    I’m my fit of despair, I didn’t add when I was receiving the problem. I get the above when I try to make a reservation, and choose a date from the calender.

    Hi,

    This issue is caused because the availability isn’t saved correctly in the database.

    There are 2 things that you can try:

    1. Go to Pinpoint Booking System -> Tools and run Repair Database and text.
    2. Reset the availability of the calendar and remake the availability.

    I’ve tried the steps outlined above by the support team, but still no success. Plus, the error was showing before I installed WooCommerce, but thanks for the hint @john-poll.

    Same here selling tickets for a big concert. This solution didn′t fix mi issue. What else can I try?
