Good day, I keep getting the same error for all orders:

“Ship Logic Order Not Created: Client error: POST https://api.shiplogic.com/shipments resulted in a 400 Bad Request response:
There are no rates for the specified service level and addresses”

I have ECO, ECOR, LOF and LAX enabled for the entire South Africa and no matter the address or parcel size the same error occurs.

    Please help with a solution.

  • We also had this and apparently, it was related to quotes being too old or something to do with the rate change that was taking place. but updating to the latest version seems to improve this, but if there really is an issue you need to contact their IT people and get them to log a ticket for support.

@jaysonvds thank you for the reply. When updating to the latest version (5.0.8) the Courier Guy column is gone from the Orders tab. And with the previous version the column shows but the above error occurs. So neither version works at the moment. I will contact their IT people and get them to log a ticket for support.

It looks like they took the button away… It was so much easier but alas, You have to use the actions in the order screen – if you open the order on the right hand side there should be a dropdown for order actions where you can select to send it to courier guy. that one seems to work after the udpate.

@jaysonvds thank you so much. I thought that the new update was faulty and that the missing Courier Guy column and button was an error. Will just use the update and the order actions function going forward. Thank you once again.
