• I have a multisite installation .Today I checked the blogs.dir folder and I surprised as it don’t have any folders for sub-sites.

That is a fresh installation made three days ago.It has 2 sub-sites and their content are not there in blogs.dir

I also checked my other multisite Installations with the same WP 30.4 version .It has all the sub-sites folders in blogs.dir

Could any one help me with this issue? I don’t know what happened to those files and if it could occur any trouble in future

    Thanks !

I am updating the topic with some more details :

The multisite installation is not newer to me.I had some other Multisite installations and there was no problem .Now the problem is with new installations .

I already created blogs.dir.The problem is that I could not find the Folders like subsites….1 , 2, 3 etc under blogs.dir

I am linking a screen shot:

Have any of these subsites uploaded any images as yet?

Yes ! Now I understand that I am unable to find the folders of subsites as they has no content.

But I got this doubt as a plugin names ‘ Zingiri ‘ is showing an error when accessing .It shows differnet errors on my two Multisite installations differently. So I was tempted and thought that some thing is wrong with blogs.dir

I will ask that on plugins section .

You can make the folders if you want. wp-content/blogs.dir/#/files – just make sure to make the folder permissions 755 or 777.

(actually I thought they got created when you made the site, but I see not as I checked my server)

The plugin may need those folders to exist beforehand.
