    Hello.
    I use WooCommerce to implement a eCommerce website. So I uploaded WooCommerce Shipping Distance Matrix plugin to calculate distance between my warehouse and customer’s shipping address. Just so I could charge customers according the distance between the two. I kind of managed that but there are lots of lacking points.
    1) First one is, Distance Matrix method appears only if I set different shipping and billing addresses.
    2) My second concern is , even after I choose Distance Matrix shipping method there is a “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state” message opens up.
    I actually know why this error appears. WooCommerce Checkout page defines payment methods based on states. Since we ship products locally , I’ve set only one country(Azerbaijan) and we don’t have states here. How can I fix this problem?

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear you have difficulty to use the plugin. Answering your question as follow:

    1. This plugin required complete shipping info to be able to calculate distance between 2 locations. You can update you WooCommerce Shipping options to force shipping to the customer billing address. In this case, customer will no need to fill in 2 different address from.

    2. This plugin do nothing with any payment functionality in the WooCommerce. So it might be helpful you contact the WooCommerce support for the solutions.
