I’ve been hacking around the indieweb for a while and had this plugin, which works well, for quite a while.
However, I’ll note, as I recently ran into a small conflict in relation to outputs, that there are more current, and actively maintained plugins that provide similar functionality as this. In particular, for a bigger suite of indieweb plugins, be sure to check out IndieWeb Plugin which also includes Syndication Links as a plugin (it uses portions of code from this plugin).
