Themify Ultra and WordPress

Hello!

I have been attempting to update my premedicus.com webpage after having web developers set it up years ago. Here is what is happening:

1. I discovered that the Themify Builder the developers used expired in 2017.
2. I then purchased a new Themify Ultra subscription.
3. After purchasing the subscription, I am still unable to save any changes made to the text in Themify Builder Ultra (it just shows a spinning wheel for hours and changes never save to the website).
4. After submitting this post to another forum, I was told to submit my inquiry here as the site is self-hosted.

PLEASE HELP! I so appreciate any advice.
