Themify tool bar button maps to comments, comments button is dead

    I am running Funki child and jetpack and intensedebates hosted by Go Daddy. I did not install all this a developer did.

    The intense debates icon in the top toolbar is dead – just cycles. The themify shaped button in the sidebar and the top tool bar show comments. the side bar button does get me into themify on the backend but the front end doesn’t work because it’s button in the top tool bar goes to my comments page.

    The menus for both are right.

    My developer just told me she has no idea how to change it.
    I sure don’t. THemify is useless without the frontend builder with the wysiwyg.

    Plus, since this was installed by a developer i have no support from Themify.
    I see all other issues on this are really old.

    I’m not sure what you are asking exactly.

    These forums don’t support commercial products, so really have no way to help with a Themify issue.

    It’s a toolbar issue.
    I have a toolbar mismapping problem. The button that should go to themify goes to my comments. the same button in the sidebar shows comments when it should just open themify.

    The toolbar comments button doesn’t do anything.
    Because of this or some other issue I cannot access the front end for themify.

    Who can help me – does anyone know?

    Try deactivating ALL plugins and switching to the default theme – if you can’t access the Dashboard, use FTP to rename the plugins folder and your theme folder:

    wp-content
   plugins.HOLD
   themes
      themify.HOLD
