• Hello Themify,
    For my brand archive pages (brands being an attribute), I am using DIVI Theme builder and added the shop module with a sidebar which includes a Themify Filter with a couple of additional attribute filters —?namely, solution and industry. Unfortunately, something seems amiss as a) the product totals are reflective of the entire catalog vs. the products of the specific brand on the archive page and, b) the filters don’t filter, rather, they re-direct the user to the main shop page. Am i doing something wrong?

    I want the filter to simply filter the products for the brand on the respective archive page by those additional attribute parameters. Please advise when you get a sec. Thank you.

    Hi,

    1. The product totals will always be the total amount of published products in the Category / Taxonomy / Attribute WooCommerce counts works like this, we can not get the amount based on the active page or previous selections.

    2. Do you have the filter set to filter on a different page? If not and it still filters on a different page, then please contact us via email at [email protected] with a link to this thread or a short description about this issue, so we can investigate this issue further on your site.
