Themify Builder is not working in the backend for GeneratePress Theme

  • After migrating to the GeneratePress theme, Themify Builder is not working in the backend. It does work in the front end though.

    Hi,

    Could you try a default WordPress Theme, like Twenty TwentyOne and let us know if the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme too? Also, please let us know if you’ve previously used a different page Builder on the same page, if that’s the case, please check how Backend Builder works on New Pages.

    I have been using the Themify Builder since long. It was working with my earlier theme – Spacious. And also with default ones like 2020 and 2021

    Hi,

    If it works with other themes, then the issue is caused by your Theme, please contact your Theme’s Developers and let them know about this issue.
