Themify Builder don’t apply changings on my landing page even W3 is deactivated

    Hi,

    Themify Builder does not apply the changings on my landing page even W3 is deactivated. I want to replace the background video, but nothing happens. It’s remaining everytime the existing back ground video. Also I tried changing some text but this will also not applied.

    I found a closed topic where its explained to deactivate W3. I also tried this several times, but nothing happend.

    Also tried cleaning the browsers cache. I tried safari and chrome.
    Also tried incognito tabs. Without success.

    I would be appreciated if you could give me some support.

    Hi Tommy,

    You are using a very old version of Ultra Theme, please update your Theme to the latest version, that should fix the issue.

    PS. Since this is a major update I would suggest creating a staging site: https://themify.me/blog/how-to-make-staging-site to update your theme there and if it works, then update the live site.
