themeviewer still under construction?

  • I feel almost stupid for asking, but I just returned from two weeks of vacation and noticed that updating and uploading of themes at the themeviewer is still not available.
    has there been a post of an update or does anyone know when it is coming back to life again?

    bumping – does anyone know anything new?

    It was in RE construction. But that was before the summer hiatus. Most of the management are surf boarding off waikiki beach or something. ??

    oh, okay thank you Root for this update. I reckon I’d lay-back even more and just stash my new themes ??

    It’s been a big job. Matt says that well over 50% of nearly 5000 themes contain highly dubious hidden and overt links, encrypted code and a whole mess of nasties.

    just delete all of them and start with a clean copy ??

    oh great, something has been done, stuff been fixed, but still no uploading and alas updating. at least some news ??
