• My Zelle Pro template stopped working as Themesisle stopped supporting it. My website started to fail. I was unable to edit it. I sent an email to Themesisle support asking for help. As expected, the email was ignored. I uploaded the recommended Neve theme. When I went to update, it noticed I was a Zelle Pro user and offered a conversion tool. As expected, the conversion tool failed. Now I’m left to figure it out myself. totally disappointed.

  • Hi @kevindoell,

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered!

I checked our ticketing system and there is no ticket related to Zelle that didn’t receive an answer from us. If you would like to provide us the email address used when the ticket was created, we could check in more detail.

Considering the WordPress trend for the past years, the page builders growing so fast and the core editor switching to the blocks-based one, we did our best to adapt our products as well. The way Zelle (Pro) theme was designed and built didn’t allow a smooth transition to catch up with the WordPress market, therefore, we had to retire both versions of the theme and we recommend switching to our latest theme, Neve.

As continuity between those themes, only the home page template can be similar(an example here). The rest of the website will look different as it’s a new theme, however, it has more options than Zelle. Editing the front page in Neve has to be done with the page editor, which can be the WordPress one, Elementor, or another page builder instead of the Customizer as it was in Zelle.

You can find a detailed guide that explains how to switch from Zelle to Neve here.

    Thank you!
