Themes With Multiple Shortcodes – Bad For SEO?

I am currently running a theme on my website that gives me the ability to use a lot of different shortcodes that can really give the site some great little features, etc.

What i am wondering is… Do Google bots look past shortcode and still crawl the content for what it is… Or do the shortcodes confuse / block the Google bot which can essentially hurt the onsite SEO?
