I am using a highly regarded theme from Premium Press that like so many provides its own User Login and Post page.

This theme advertises its compatability with many plugins.
Unfortunately, while this theme is installed a User login in with Author permissions will find all plugins (that I have tested) invalidated and invisible when it comes to Adding or Modifying posts.

A post may also be called, depending on the theme, an Ad or Item, etc.

In this case, also, a plugin which installs an Icon button in the Word Press tiny mce Content/text editor will not show up for the Author when the theme is using its own “manage posts” pages.

I know that lots of themes use a redirect to pull up their own User Administration templates and also disable various functions along the way.

Is there a proven method to generate themes with Custom User Posts management pages that ALLOW all of the normal Plugins to show up with functions intact and options available in a THEME Custom User dashboard?

Are there examples how to create a theme with its own User login and management pages/templates that do NOT STRIP OUT Plugins that work in the default User Dashboard?
