Themes Purchased Not Found

  • Hello, I hope I’m in the right place. I purchased some theme bundles via my previous web host. Now that I’ve moved to another web host I can no longer find my purchased theme bundles. It’s been so long I can’t even remember what I purchased. When I view account details on previous web host platform (contract expires in 7 days), there is no info on any purchases previously made.

    Is there any possible way to retrieve my purchased themes?

  • The themes you were using (as against all those you had purchased), are present in the directories and files of “wp-content/themes” on your old host, get a backup of these files. Get these files from all of the sites you have on the old hosting.

    Also ask your previous hosting support where they are.
