Themes Not Working – Hello Box

    I cannot share the link at the moment, site is being rebuilt. I cahanged the theme for Hello Box and it still shows as the original

    Solved, plugin update fixed it.

    We are glad that everything is now working on your site. I would also like to suggest, if you have cache systems such as cache plugins, server cache, or CDN, kindly clear its cache after saving the settings of your popup. In this way, it will generate a new cache file, and the saved settings will hold.
