Themes not showing up in Apperance

OK this is a little different I believe, I’m using powweb.com and it installs word press for you and from there you can do everything from logging into the control panel now when I copy via ftp my themes over into the themes directory under wp-content they do not show up in the admin console and I can’t figure out why Please help…
