    Hi there,

I’m having exactly the same problem and am such a newbie (like wow, really pretty clueless) I haven’t a clue how to do the solution esmi suggested. Any chance someone could expand on exactly “how” to add that code at the top of an .htaccess file? And where is that file?

If you have set up custom permalinks, the file will be in your main WordPress folder. You’ll need to use FTP to access it (or whatever file management application your host provides) but remember to ensure that whatever you use is configured to show all files. .htaccess files are often hidden by default.

If you don’t already have an .htaccess file, you’ll need to create one.
